Eva helped us to book our honeymoon to Costa Rica and we are so glad we bumped into her at a wedding and honeymoon events show in Ringwood. Eva goes above and beyond for her clients. She was incredibly responsive to any queries which was especially important due to ongoing changes with Covid. Eva even offered to travel closer to where we lived so we could meet face to face and offered to pay for our drinks. I used to work for Tui holidays and I wouldn’t go back. I am so pleased I booked my holiday with 'Impress Travel' as I was concerned about the new Covid documentation required for safe travel abroad in July 21. Ewa guided me through the whole process, researching best value Covid test sites and forwarding links to the relevant government forms I needed to complete with her assistance when needed. Eva has booked a number of family trips for us ranging from snowboarding, Orlando and South Africa. All of our packages have been beyspoke in that we are moving around the chosen country with various hotels and transport options. To arrange all of these packages myself would have been incredibly hard and no doubt more costly. Eva has made our holiday wises a breeze and with such passion and enthusiasm for her work. She never never once has moaned when we wanted to add something into the trip which do doubt causes more work for her. When she’s not sure on something she uses her contacts to get the best answer and is always always happy to help. We had booked to take the boys to Florida in July and she organised the dream holiday for. Obviously things are looking a little bit different now, and she has gone above and beyond to change the holiday for us.
We are now hoping to go to Jamaica in the October half term, Eva has organised some special treats for us whilst we’re away, including an anniversary meal with butler service on the beach, a gorgeous beach bungalow and it sounds like it will be a dream holiday!
I have no doubt that if there are still travel restrictions in place, that she will make sure we are looked after once again.

Eva organised our honeymoon for us, which was absolute paradise! Despite having to rearrange destinations due to COVID-19, Eva was always happy to help and ensure the honeymoon went smoothly. We stayed at the beautiful 5 star Mitsis Grand Beach in Rhodes Town; we were greeted with swan towels, rose-petals and champagne! A beautiful sea view balcony and the most comfortable super-king-sized bed ever! The food in all 7 restaurants was unbelievably delicious from the poolside pizza oven and creperie to the a la carte restaurants! I cannot recommend Eva more highly to ensure you get the holiday of your dreams!

I had a rather demanding task for Eva which she managed to successfully deliver on the long list of requirements for a big trip across Germany. Hands on professional providing accurate / consistent updates at all times in regards to travel whilst being reachable at all times. I would highly recommend if you want a hassle free experience and someone who will truly go to market for you.
